Our story began in February 2016 with the opening of our first restaurant at 415 Dunsmuir in Vancouver and a purpose to continually lead fast-casual healthy eating by serving the best handcrafted salads in Vancouver. In collaboration with local chefs, our salads are carefully created using simple, fresh, delicious ingredients to offer a healthy and delicious lunch or dinner to each of our valued guests - whether dining in or taking out. Never standing still, always listening to our guests, our communities, our teams, and our valued partners, we commit to adding delicious, innovative ad healthy menu items for dining in or taking out each season.

From cutting our greens fresh every morning, to making our dressings in house from scratch, our focus is to use only fresh, and quality ingredients with flavours that complement each other to create our unique and flavourful salads and bowls.

We are passionate about our partnerships and enjoy working with businesses and organizations that share a passion for quality and giving back to communities.
Whether it's a beautiful organic tempeh made in North Vancouver, by Tempea Foods, a cold pressed juice from The Juice Truck, a nut-based cheese from Blue Heron Creamery, or working closely with MealShare in their fight to end youth hunger in local communities with various restaurants from around the world. We are very proud to have provided over 16000 meals to youth in Vancouver.
