Do you offer premium delivery?
Yes. Our premium delivery option is available for larger or special catering orders. It includes an extended delivery range and hands-on coordination for a seamless delivery experience.
What is your delivery policy?
We offer catering delivery within our service zones using trusted delivery partners.
• Standard delivery is available within 8 km of our Mount Pleasant, Yaletown and Dunsmuir locations or up to 25 km through our partner HUNGRY
• Premium delivery is available for a fee.
• Orders outside our delivery area may be accommodated with notice and for a fee
• Pickup is available from all Field & Social locations
• Minimum order for delivery is $100
When should I place my order• Order at least 24 hours in advance for standard orders
• Large orders over $1000 or outside-zone deliveries require 72 hours’ notice
• Next-day orders must be placed by 2pm
• Monday orders must be placed by 12pm Friday
• Weekend orders must be placed by 10am Thursday
• Last-minute? Contact your nearest store and we’ll do our best to help
How does delivery timing work?
We take delivery timing seriously and plan every order carefully with our trusted delivery partners. While most deliveries arrive right around your selected time, occasional delays can happen due to traffic or routing.
If your event has a set start time, we recommend choosing a delivery time a little earlier than needed - this gives a comfortable window to unpack and set up before guests arrive.
For a more personalized experience, our Premium Delivery is managed through dedicated local partner who handles your order exclusively, offering added care, communication, and precise timing for larger or time-sensitive events.
What is your delivery radius?
Our free delivery zone is within 8 km of our Dunsmuir, Yaletown, and Mount Pleasant locations. This includes most of Vancouver, reaching:
• West to Alma Street
• South to 57th Avenue (South Boundary not included)
• East to Willingdon Ave
• North Shore included
Outside this area? We offer premium delivery for a fee based on distance and order size. Not sure if you’re in range? Contact us and we’ll help.
What is your cancellation policy?
• Free changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before delivery
• Inside 24 hours, a 50 percent charge applies
How does payment work?
• All orders are paid online at checkout
• Premium delivery orders are placed either via our website (pick-up menu) or invoiced separately and must be paid before delivery day
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Yes. We offer vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. If your group has allergies or restrictions, let us know and we’ll take extra care. Note: While we do our best, our kitchens are not 100 percent allergen-free.
Do you provide serving utensils and plates?
To reduce waste, utensils are not automatically included. You can add them at checkout:
• Serving utensils and plates available for a small fee
• Forks and napkins available free of charge
